Coronavirus : après la France, le gouvernement ivoirien prend d’importantes décisions

Abidjan, 16-03-2020 (AfrikMonde.com) Au cours d’une réunion du Conseil national de sécurité qu’il présidait lundi 16 mars 2020, le président ivoirien, Alassane Ouattara, a pris des mesures drastiques pour lutter contre la propagation du Coronavirus (COVID -19) en Côte d’Ivoire. Ce, à travers un communiqué, dont « AfrikMonde » a reçu copie.

Il s’agit notamment de la suspension pour une période de 15 jours renouvelable, à compter du 16 mars 2020 à minuit, de l’entrée en Côte d’Ivoire des voyageurs non ivoiriens en provenance des pays ayant plus de 100 cas confirmés de maladie à coronavirus (COVID-19) et le renforcement du contrôle sanitaire aux frontières aériennes, maritimes et terrestres.

 «la mise en quarantaine des cas suspects et des contacts des malades dans les centres réquisitionnés par l’Etat ; la fermeture de tous les établissements d’enseignement préscolaire, primaire, secondaire et supérieur pour une période de 30 jours à compter du 16 mars 2020 à minuit ; le respect d’une distance d’au moins un (01) mètre entre les personnes dans les grandes surfaces, les maquis, les restaurants, les entreprises, la zone aéroportuaire et les lieux publics ;le respect des mesures d’hygiène corporelle, comportementale, hydrique et alimentaire; l’interdiction des salutations manuelles, accolades et embrassades et de la consommation de la viande de brousse ; la fermeture des boîtes de nuit, des cinémas et des lieux de spectacles pour une période de 15 jours ; l’interdiction des rassemblements de populations de plus de 50 personnes pour une période de 15 jours ; la suspension de tous les événements sportifs et culturels nationaux et internationaux pour une période de 15 jours et la gratuité totale du diagnostic et de la prise en charge de tous les cas suspects et confirmés de COVID-19», rapporte le communiqué.

Signalée pour la première fois à Wuhan, en Chine, le 31 décembre 2019, la maladie à Coronavirus enregistre, jusqu’à ce jour, 6 cas confirmés en Côte d’Ivoire.
