Abidjan,26-02-2020 (AfrikMonde.com) Le nouvel album de l’artiste reggaeman ivoirien Fadal Dey, intitulé  »Je suis Afrique », est désormais disponible sur le marché. L’information a été donnée par l’artiste et son staff, le mardi 25 Février 2020, lors d’un cocktail de presse, à l’hôtel Tiama d’Abidjan-Plateau. 

Selon l’artiste, dans ce nouvel album, figure en bonne place, un titre intitulé  »2020 sans violence », à travers lequel, l’artiste sensibilise la population ivoirienne contre la violence, pendant les prochaines échéances électorales ; notamment la présidentielle d’octobre 2020. « Je suis Afrique » est la toute nouvelle sortie de Fadal Dey. C’est un album composé de 16 titres avec des thèmes diversifiés à travers lequel, l’artiste prône l’amour, le pardon, la paix, la stabilité et la cohésion sociale, pour l’épanouissement et le développement des pays africains. Dès l’entame, le public a eu droit à une projection de film mettant en exergue la culture et l’histoire de la Côte d’Ivoire. Ce, grâce aux titres tels  »Barakele »,  »2020 sans violence »,  »Je suis Afrique »,  »Notre histoire »…  Une façon à lui d’exhorter les ivoiriens à la réconciliation et à pratiquer le ‘’Vivre-Ensemble’’.

« Nos ancêtres vivaient déjà ici, avant la Côte d’Ivoire. Nous sommes tous ivoiriens. Qu’on arrête de nous rejeter, de nous haïr », a-t-il conseillé. Présent à cette cérémonie,le ministre Maurice Bandaman, s’est dit heureux d’être avec la ministre Marietou Koné. « Nous avons eu le bonheur d’écouter quelques extraits de cet album. A ce propos, sans les incriminer, à cause du piratage, certains artistes font le single. Mais, Fadal a fait plus de vingt titres. Bravo à toi Fadal de suivre mes conseils », l’a-t-il félicité. Puis d’ajouter : « Vous avez écouté de la bonne musique, de la belle orchestration, les sons sont  »propres » et les chœurs sont nets avec la choriste d’Alpha Blondy, Amy Bamba. Et c’est une musique qui peut se vendre dans le monde entier », a-t-il encouragé l’artiste.

Originaire de la Côte d’Ivoire, c’est à l’école primaire que Koné Ibrahima Kalilou connu sous le pseudonyme de Fadal DEY a fait ses premiers pas dans le monde des arts en s’initiant au théâtre. Au sein de la troupe, dans laquelle il évolue, il s’intéresse au volet chant en interprétant des vedettes nationales et internationales. C’est la naissance d’un talent qui, en réalité puise ses racines dans son ascendance. Après cette expérience culturelle au village, Fadal Dey côtoie et opte pour la musique reggae et décide de la pratiquer en y apportant une couleur africaine.

Aguerri, Fadal Dey met sur le marché du disque son premier album  »Religion’’ en 1997.Depuis lors, l’artiste reggaeman très engagé, enchaîne des tubes et plusieurs distinctions, des maxi singles, des collaborations et des albums à succès. Auteur-compositeur, chanteur, il sort aujourd’hui  »Je suis Afrique », sa toute nouvelle création, 6 ème de sa carrière de 18 titres dont 16 sur disque compact (CD) et 18 sur clé USB. Il est à souligner que la présidente de la Commission électorale indépendante, Mme Salimata Porquet a également félicité l’artiste.
