Abidjan, 09-1-2020 (AfrikMonde.com) Après le décès d’une fillette à la clinique Grand- centre dans la commune de Yopougon, qui  alimente les réseaux sociaux et cristallise la presse ivoirienne depuis quelques temps, une affaire de médicaments dans les communes d’Abobo et d’Anyama risque de secouer le ministère de la Santé et de l’hygiène publique.

En effet, l’Ong Comité de Mutuelle et de la promotion des agents de Santé Communautaire  (COMUPASC) est harcelé par la police sanitaire. Pis, la Nouvelle Pharmacie de la Santé Publique (NPSP) aurait été saisie pour suspendre l’approvisionnement en médicaments  à l’Ong Comupasci, fournisseur des centres de santé membres de ladite Ong dans le cadre de la lutte contre les médicaments de la rue. Malgré les interventions du premier responsable de ladite Ong, M. Dého Kohon Jérôme, la situation perdure. De fait,des courriers de protestation ont été déposés au ministère de la Santé publique et de l’hygiène publique de sorte à expliquer la situation.  A juste titre, le procureur militaire est même informé du dossier. Malheureusement, rien ne bouge.

Cela fait maintenant plus de trois mois que la NPSP ne livre plus de médicaments à l’Ong COMUPASC pourtant la lutte contre les médicaments de la rue est une priorité du ministère de la Santé et de l’hygiène publique ainsi que l’ensemble du gouvernement. Les centres de santé qui restent ouverts tournent au ralenti par manque d’approvisionnement causant un véritable désagrément pour les populations. Le président de l’ONG COMUPASC,  M. Dého Kohon Jérôme, s’explique mal le mutisme de la direction des Etablissements professionnels Sanitaires (DEPS), direction du ministère de la Santé et de l’hygiène publique, habilitée à autoriser l’ouverture ou la fermeture des établissements sanitaires.

En vue d’interpeller l’opinion nationale, M. Dého Kohon Jérôme envisage d’animer une conférence de presse pour mettre à nue les abus de la police sanitaire, qui avait pourtant,  bénéficié de la confiance du ministre Aka Aouélé. Cette rencontre selon lui, permettra de montrer les conséquences de l’interruption de la livraison de médicaments à  son Ong.
