Abidjan, 10-11-2019 (afrikMonde.com) Monsieur  Banny Jean Félicien André Dominique, le fils de l’ancien premier ministre ivoirien, Charles Konan Banny est décédé à la suite d’un grave accident de voiture survenu le samedi 9 novembre. Ci-dessous, le rapport de la police nationale explique les circonstances du drame

 1) SERVICE DE POLICE : Commissariat de police du 1er arrondissement d’Abidjan Plateau.

2) ÉNONCÉ DE L’ÉVÉNEMENT : Accident de la voie publique ayant fait un mort au niveau de la montée du pont De Gaulle.

3) L’EXPOSÉ DES FAITS : Ce jour samedi 09 novembre 2019 aux environs de 06h35mn, nous avons été avisés par la permanence centrale PC Radio d’un accident de la voie publique avec blessé au niveau de la gare lagunaire AQUALINE au plateau impliquant un véhicule particulier qui aurait fait une sortie de route en provenance de la Pyramide pour la montée du pont De Gaulle.

4) DISPOSITIONS PRISES. – l’Officier de permanence à la tête d’un équipage s’est transporté sur les lieux en compagnie des agents du service constat conduits par le S/C de Police MESMIN KOFFI, cel : 02-43-57-54. – Des collaborateurs ont été désignés sur les lieux en vue de sécuriser, éloigner les badauds et permettre la fluidité sur cette voie en procédant au tronçonnement du trafic routier.
Selon le sieur BAH SOULEYMANE, 45 ans, ivoirien, informaticien, domicilié au plateau, cel : 07-41-10-71, il sortait de la mosquée lorsqu’il a aperçu le véhicule de marque Mercedes, de couleur grise et immatriculé 304 HL 01 qui l’a dépassé à grande vitesse et a fait une sortie de route.

Après plusieurs tonneaux, le véhicule s’est retrouvé avant la montée du pont De Gaulle au niveau du jardin aménagé au Plateau. C’est suite à ce choc qu’il aurait perdu le contrôle de son véhicule dans lequel il se trouvait. Celui-ci en état de Choc, rendra l’âme par la suite.
Un équipage des sapeurs-pompiers Militaires de l’indenié conduit par le Sergent-Chef Soumahoro Kassoum, cél : 01385071, présent sur les lieux de l’accident a constaté le décès du sieur, BANNY JEAN-FELICIEN ANDRÉ DOMINIQUE, Ivoirien, 35 ans, Directeur de Banque, domicilié à Marcory-PRIMA, cel : 59-18-84-11, célibataire sans enfant.

Selon des informations recueillies sur les lieux, il s’agit du fils du GOUVERNEUR et Ancien Premier Ministre CHARLES KONAN BANNY. Le corps a été enlevé et conservé par les services des pompes funèbres IVOSEP TREICHVILLE. Toutes les diligences effectuées, la circulation a repris son cours normal. Une mention a été portée dans le registre de main courante sous OP N°5682/PU-1 du 09/11/2019 à 08h00 mn.
